• Manage and maintain QSANstorage and server infrastructure for user and data backups.
• Implement and monitorweekly and monthly backup cycles for both standalone systems and servers,including offline backup solutions.
• Administer and maintain theOffice 365 environment, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, andcollaborative Excel tools.
• Configure and manage UnifiAccess Points to support wireless infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain fourcompany domains, websites, and portals.
• Oversee user access andmanagement for various shipping line portals.
• Ensure compliance with ITaudits, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and IT security policies.
