Deputy Manager – Finance (MIS)

On-site - Quezon City 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Qualifications

• Amenable to work onsite at our Eastwood site, Quezon City on a morning shift (Monday-Friday)
• At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in finance, FP&A, or cost management
• Graduate of Finance or Accounting course
• Strong Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle) skills
• Experience in budgeting, Opex Control and Team Leadership
• Skills with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Review journal entries and perform variance (BLE) analysis
• Manage Opex budgets and drive cost control initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning
• Prepare and present MIS reports and insights into management
