Deputy Manager - Children's Homes

Salary: £44,064 - £50,852 (based on good attendance)

Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. As a Deputy Manager you will help ensure the home environment is safe, secure and motivating for both staff and young people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with day‑to‑day operations and overall management of the home.
• Support and develop the team to maintain high care standards.
• Champion safe, secure and inclusive environments for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver a holistic, joined‑up service.
• Promote and model good practice to enable young people to achieve positive outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience.
