About the Role
Millgate School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, inspiring and highly motivated Deputy Head teacher who will provide inspirational learning experiences for our pupils and be highly committed to improving outcomes for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating the aims and objectives of the school
- Establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives
- Managing staff and resources to that end
- Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives
- Be committed to the Professional development and training of all staff including the training of new support staff
- Lead on agreed areas as designated by the Headteacher, providing CPD to staff at all levels
