About the Role

Duties:

Support the General Manager in the overall operation of the hotel
Lead and manage FOH and BOH teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Handle guest queries, complaints and service recovery professionally
Oversee staff scheduling, performance and daily supervision
Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards
Monitor operational efficiency, stock control and cost management
Assist with training, development and team motivation
Step in to manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years experience in a hotel supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Hands-on approach with a willingness to be involved in all areas of the business
