About the Role

            Job Responsibilities  Strategic Leadership and Direction: Elaborate and execute adequate strategies for each trade, focusing on market growth, right cargo-mix and customer-mix, and enhanced financial outcomes. 
Provide leadership to the trade teams, ensuring strategies are well understood and executed effectively, aligning with the company's objectives, values and strategy. 
Make decisive rate policy and adjustment decisions, aligning them with the strategic and financial goals of the trades (Budget). 
Maintain close collaboration and alignment with the Long-Haul General Manager and the Chief Trade Officer. 
Financial Performance and Strategic Analysis: Responsible for the Trades’ P&L. 
Based on 2026 budget, the LH overall job scope entails all concerned service to achieve a total revenue of $2.74B and a total liftings of 2.28M Teus.
