Deputy General Manager

We are looking for a senior leader to take ownership of our UAE business, spanning operations, finance, and sales, within one of the region's growing industrial flooring and general contracting businesses.

What you'll do

• Lead project delivery for industrial flooring & general contracting projects UAE-wide
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
• Drive the sales pipeline, tenders, and client relationships
• Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and HSE compliance

What we're looking for

• 10–15 years in construction or general contracting, 5+ years at senior level
• Experience in industrial flooring or specialist contracting is a strong advantage
• Commercially sharp with a track record across ops, finance & sales
• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction market
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (MBA a plus)...
