About the Role

            Responsibilities  Supervise functions of shift groups ensuring that PM, CM, OH and IM works are executed in accordance to established standard procedures / requirements. 
Lead team of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers in performing tasks in compliance with relevant procedures and instructions contained in Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions, Signal Standing Instructions and any relevant change instructions disseminated. 
Together with other EMMs and branch leaders, be responsible for the maintenance of Quality Assurance System in accordance with ISO and OHSAS standards. 
Plan for the training and development of staff to be competent and proficient in their respective areas of work and prepare them for career advancement through IDP programme. 
Monitor, review and re-align staff development and provide guidance to new staff on the job.
