The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH), operated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH), is seeking a dynamic and experienced*Deputy Director of Facilities Management*to provide leadership and oversight of facilities operations, regulatory compliance, safety programs, and strategic infrastructure initiatives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient healthcare environment that supports the hospital’s mission and delivery of high-quality patient care, and reports to the Director of Facilities Management, The Deputy Director partners closely with hospital leadership to oversee Environment of Care and life safety programs, support policy development, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements.
