Major Duties & Responsibilities Talent Management and Succession Planning Framework (TMSP)Lead team in collaborations with, influencing decisions and synergizing efforts on TMSP across various levels of the system. These may include institutions, NHG senior management (CEOs and above), MOH/H and cross-cluster stakeholders. This may include (but not limited to):
- Conceptualize, review and enhance TMSP framework, policy and strategies.
- Harnessing collective leadership to strengthen NHG TMSP through driving sharing and strategizing of TMSP across stakeholders and platforms.
- Drive transformation of TMSP delivery and processes through leveraging digitalization (including developing TMSP module in new HR system)
- NHG rep in other MOH / MOHH talent initiatives e.g. MOHH’s Healthcare 360
