Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Construction Manager – Façade for large-scale, high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will oversee façade site execution, subcontractor management, quality control, and safety compliance to ensure timely and defect-free delivery of curtain wall and cladding systems. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily façade installation activities for high-rise building projects. Manage façade subcontractors, site workforce, and lifting equipment (gondolas, cradles, hoists) to ensure optimal productivity. Review façade shop drawings, method statements, and risk assessments for constructability and compliance. Coordinate between site teams, façade designers, consultants, and structural/MEP subcontractors to resolve interface issues.
