Deputy Children's Home Manager — Lead Care & Team

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in the Birmingham area. This role is pivotal in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and prior supervisory experience in children’s residential care. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with a salary ranging from £35,000 to £37,000, depending on experience.
