Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure financial records are accurate.
  • Prepare and review financial statements on a regular schedule.
  • Oversee inventory tracking and work with production teams to keep counts and costs accurate.
  • Manage chargebacks, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve retailer‑related issues.
  • Oversee all types of insurance policies, including renewals, coverage needs, and claim support.
  • Supervise accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and follow‑up with customers.
  • Help improve financial processes and keep internal controls strong.
