Job overview

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Deputy Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Breast Reconstruction to join our specialist multidisciplinary team in a part-time role. This is a predominantly outpatient-based role, providing expert nursing care and support to patients throughout their breast reconstruction journey.

The successful candidate will deliver specialist education, clinical assessment, wound management, and ongoing support to patients before and after reconstructive surgery, ensuring a high standard of patient-centred care.

Working closely with the Lead CNS and multidisciplinary team, the Deputy CNS will also contribute to service development, quality improvement, and the day-to-day management of the breast reconstruction service.
