Depot Operations Lead — KPI & Safety Focus

Biffa Waste Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Tipton depot. The role involves supporting operational management, leading the traffic dispatcher team, and maintaining service levels while focusing on KPIs.

The successful candidate will have experience in transport management, operational leadership within the logistics industry, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. A CPC qualification is desirable.
