Responsibilities

• Perform various management activities within the department.
• Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team, while providing continuous improvement feedback and coaching to achieve results.
• Ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards to maintain business readiness.
• Apply and respect the budgets related to the department.
