Associate Dentist

Location: Heathfield, East Sussex.

Independent, private practice. Part‑time position (initially 2‑3 days per week with potential for more).

Private earning potential: 45% of gross, Fixed monthly Denplan payment plus additional Denplan growth income.

Practice: modern four‑surgery with superb equipment, 5‑star Google rating, and a small NHS contract (~60‑120 UDAs per month). Sliding UDA rate between £27‑£30 gross per UDA (50% payable).

Key Responsibilities

• Take over an established patient list.
• Provide NHS and private dental treatment across the practice.
• Work within a supportive, clinically autonomous environment.
• Collaborate with the Principal Dentist and experienced clinical team.
• Contribute to the private earning growth of the practice.
