Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Turkish dishes according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Support in minimizing food wastage and maintaining cost control.
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with other kitchen and service team members.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required.
