We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Hand Picked Hotels’ 4 AA Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the scenic location of St. Brelade’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. With 106 bedrooms and The Grill restaurant offering panoramic ocean views, L'Horizon is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or an idyllic coastal wedding. The spa includes six treatment rooms, a relaxation area, a pedicure and manicure area, and a sleep room.

About the Role

Our Demi Chef de Partie’s enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same. You will be running a busy section, already be able to cook to a high standard, and have the ability to help impart your knowledge to junior chefs.
