Demand Planning Leader

This position plays a key role in the delivery of the consensus forecast via analysis, collaboration and influencing, which is a critical information in Sales & Operations planning process.

He/She will interact regularly with cross-functional partners including brand, sales, marketing, finance and supply planning team to give full and timely visibility from downstream to upstream.

He/She will be able to identify, quantify the risks and opportunities for better service level and lower total supply chain cost.

The position would also need to drive continuous improvements on planning accuracy and efficiency.

Lead the demand planning process and host local DRM.

Generate & improve 18 month rolling forecast with rationale.
