About the Role

  • Own and govern a portfolio of software delivery programs across multiple customers, business units, and technology domains.
  • Build strong delivery leadership capabilities through regular reviews, guidance, feedback, and structured development plans.
  • Act as the senior delivery representative and trusted advisor for strategic customer accounts.
  • Own portfolio-level financial performance, delivery margins, utilization, forecasting, and profitability.
