Responsibilities

• Supplier Management: Manage third‑party logistics (3PL), distributor, and co‑packing operations.
• Manage freight forwarder and customs brokerage functions, ensuring all appointed transporters comply with quality agreements and other requirements.
• Support regional teams on contract renewals and new agreements.
• Conduct monthly business/KPI reviews with distributors, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs brokerages.
• Ensure all processes are within guidelines, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain compliance of 3PLs, distributors, and co‑packing operations, passing yearly quality audits successfully.
• Guarantee that all suppliers meet due diligence requirements and trade compliance standards.
• Ensure warehouse and distribution KPIs meet target budgets.
• Ensure prompt payment to suppliers/vendors according to payment terms.
