Responsibilities

• Organizational & Restructuring Support: Provide high-impact analytical and operational support to the RDT Finance Enterprise Partnering team during its global organizational restructuring process and other global functions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate daily with global finance and technology teams on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the standardization of internal processes and the exchange of best practices.
• Strategic Partnering (Customer-facing): Act as a strategic point of contact for RDT's global teams and product owners, facilitating their financial understanding and transforming complex financial data into agile, automated, and transparent tools.
• Tactical Impact Monitoring: Assist in tracking digital strategies and internal financial plans to ensure RDT aligns with Roche’s long-term healthcare vision, learning how daily technical and financial decisions create sustainable value.
