DeFi Growth & Liquidity Strategy Lead

Framework Ventures in Argentina is seeking a DeFi Manager to drive the general strategy for Tether's assets across the decentralized finance ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining incentive programs and managing budgets, while establishing senior partnerships to enhance adoption and utility within DeFi.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in the crypto space, strong team management skills, a comprehensive understanding of DeFi primitives, and excellent communication abilities.
