About the Role
The Contractor shall provide training instructions for the following HT-JCOE Courses: Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC). Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.
+ Instructors must demonstrate satisfactory proficiency for all tasks and sub-tasks on which students in their respective courses will be evaluated.
+ Instructors must apply advanced instructional methods and adult learning models to training during platform instruction, small group instruction, individual instruction, long-distance learning, mentorship, and coaching.
+ Instructors will provide research support to students during performance-based practical exercise planning and preparation time.
