Debtors Clerk

We have a vacancy for a Debtors clerk with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.

Duties

• Keep records of amounts owed and amounts paid.
• Carry out routine bookkeeping duties.
• Ensure that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall dealership and staff for the Sales department, Parts department and Service department.
• Monitor and control the vehicles and parts in line with customer demand and projected sales.
• Maintain and increase market penetration as expected by manufacturer to meet company objectives.
• Improve stock turnover, reduce stock holding and implement changes to increase sales in order to meet dealership objectives.
• Report to manufacturer and head office related to monthly targets.
