The Queensland Revenue Office is seeking applications to fill multiple permanent AO4 Debt Resolution Officer roles in Brisbane.

The Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) is currently recruiting for multiple AO4 Debt Resolution Officers within the Revenue Contact Centre and Collections division. Based in our Brisbane office, you will work in a collaborative team to deliver excellent debt resolution and collection services. Adopting a client centric approach, you will engage with clients and negotiate outcomes in challenging circumstances, including resolving escalations from within the team.
