What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of rental & non-rental overdue accounts end-to-end
• Drive collections through calls, WhatsApp, email, and system outreach
• Ensure timely recovery (Rental: within 3 days | Non-rental: within 7 days)
• Clearly explain charges, fines, and payment terms to avoid customer confusion
• Negotiate and close payment plans efficiently
• Prioritize high-value and high-risk cases
