Job Title: Assistant Manager – Debt Capital Market (DCM)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Reporting To: Global Practice Lead
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions.
Support the DCM team in Government Practice assignments.
Manage and maintain the critical DCM data bank and MIS.
Prepare financial models, presentations, and transaction documents.
Coordinate with clients, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
Ensure timely execution of transactions and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills:
Experience in Debt Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related fields.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point.
