The Dean of Technology will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership to the School/Faculty of Technology. The role is responsible for academic excellence, faculty leadership, curriculum innovation, research growth, industry engagement, student outcomes, accreditation, and long-term development of technology education aligned with the university’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all academic, research, and administrative functions of the technology school.
Lead the design, review, and continuous improvement of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in technology-related disciplines.
Ensure academic quality, relevance, and alignment with emerging industry and research trends.
Recruit, develop, mentor, and evaluate faculty members to build a high-performing academic team.
