Dealer Relations & Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities and duties:

1. Handle dealer accounts.
2. Maintaining accurate dealer records, managing purchase orders, and handling billing invoice and credit terms.
3. Serving as the main point of contact for dealers for inquiries, product availability, and after-sales support.
4. Coordinating Sales Training.
5. Monitoring inventory levels of home appliances to meet dealer demand.
6. Report on the sales performance of promoters.
