Overall Purpose

Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay.

Responsibilities

• Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% on processing transactions.
• Act as escalation point to the Associate manager.
• Develop and ensure integrity and consistency of Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
• Ensure service delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals.
• Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance).
