Description And Responsibilities

Open Sky’s DDS Employment Services support individuals aged 22‑55 in obtaining, maintaining, or developing valued community roles. The goal is to help them choose, acquire, and keep a job of their choice or a meaningful community function, even when faced with safety, behavioral, or other clinical challenges. Each program offers a staffing ratio that allows individuals to receive support while preparing for and sustaining preferred employment.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service and behavioral plans, facilitating community engagement through skill teaching, programming, job sharing, or coaching.
