DB2 DBA- z/Os/ Mainframe, Python

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a DB2 DBA- z/Os/ Mainframe, Python for their Chandler, AZ/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Daily responsibilities include full life cycle management of DB2 mainframe databases from analysis through decommission.

+ Additionally, the Individual will be involved in DB2 related z/Os Database initiatives, REXX programming and Python programing and SMF extraction for DB2 performance data.

Requirements:

+ Minimum of 5 years of DB2 Database experience

+ In-depth knowledge of SMF data and REXX

+ Working Knowledge of Splunk and Python programming

+ Application development, database replication and database administration skill set with Db2 on mainframe.
