Data Support Temp - Property Student

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Property student to join our Data Support team on a short-term casual basis. This role is ideal for a 3rd year student looking to gain practical industry experience during the June and July university break.

The position plays an important role in ensuring accurate and up to date building and occupier data, supporting our success in the market.

The Opportunity – Te āhei

• 2 to 3 weeks full time work aligned with university holidays, based in our Invercargill office.
• Vacancy surveying including physically checking buildings and tenancies.
• Engaging with contacts in person, by phone and email to verify information.
• Online research to validate data.
• Data entry and maintenance of building and tenancy records.
