Job Description:

• The Data Scientists are expected to work on the GenAI/LLM layer, specifically:

• The core focus is Databricks expertise

• Need a strong Databricks expertise in Generative AI.

• Working with Databricks GenAI ecosystem

• Building and optimizing RAG/search capabilities

• Integrating data with supervisor agents

• Fine-tuning LLM behaviors

Mandatory Skills

1. Databricks Experience – Mandatory

Strong hands-on experience with Databricks is non-negotiable.

• Databricks ML/LLMOps workflows

• Mosaic AI

• Unity Catalog

• Vector Search / Vector Indexing

• Genie Agents

• GenAI application development on Databricks

2. GenAI / LLM Experience – Mandatory

• Prompt engineering
