Data Privacy Executive/ Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Gain thorough understanding of BIPO's Products & Services and data protection obligations related to respective service offerings.
• Support Sales and Account Management teams across BIPO on data Privacy queries in Client RFPs.
• Draft, negotiate and review customer agreements containing data protection clauses & client provided Data Processing Agreements.
• Develop & drive privacy training for business functions to raise employee awareness.
• Drive Vendor Assessment process for Privacy.
• Support the Data Privacy Manager in Privacy related matters like DPIAs, RoPA updates, updating data protection policies, annual audits & other privacy related deliverables.
• Keep abreast of data privacy regulatory developments globally & proactively suggest best practices in data protection.
