Data Management and BI Executive, GOC

Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Executive BI who will:

• Monitor Azure pipelines and feed health to ensure stable data flow, working with the Engineering team to quickly resolve pipeline issues.
• Manage and track tasks in Jira to ensure timely completion and accurate updates.
• Provide manual pipeline processing as needed and work on ad hoc data requests as assigned.
• Provide support for PowerBI and Tableau dashboards as requested.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of one to two years’ experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of databases and data warehouses such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.
