What is the opportunity?As Data & Insights Analyst, Employee Onboarding, you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and reporting on onboarding performance across the employee lifecycle. You will transform operational data into actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand onboarding effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against key business outcomes.What will you do?Performance Measurement & KPI Management

Define and maintain onboarding performance metrics and KPIs.

Establish baseline measurements and performance targets for the Employee Onboarding team.

Monitor onboarding outcomes and identify emerging trends.

Measure employee readiness, fulfillment timelines, and experience outcomes.
