Location: New York City (Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office)

We are seeking a Data Engineering Lead to drive the ongoing development and enhancement of a mission-critical data platform for a leading financial institution. This position blends hands-on engineering and strategic leadership, ideal for individuals with a strong background in financial services or consulting. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Balance hands-on engineering (50%) with strategic leadership (50%) to guide the success of projects and teams.

Platform Development: Expand and refine a robust data platform built with Java, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Redshift.
