Data Engineer (L2 Support)

This is an opportunity to join one of our clients from the government sector. We are hiring a Data Engineer to provide Ops and production support and enhancements for Data warehouse / Datamart projects.

• Manage and prioritise user queries and production issues for existing applications in Engineering and Operations, coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution
• Track, analyse, and resolve production support incidents, identifying patterns and recommending improvements to prevent recurring issues
• Facilitate user meetings and stakeholder workgroups to document and analyse change request requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications
