Data Business Analyst Tableau, SQL - Hybrid Madrid

Job Overview

We’re seeking a Data Business Analyst to join our Data Visualization Competence Center with Tableau and SQL skills to support our transition to a new data platform.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote). Relocation considered.

Responsibilities

While you won’t be building dashboards full-time initially, you must be able to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and eventually build or enhance Tableau reports, and work hands‑on with SQL to validate and explore data as part of your analysis.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a data/BI/business analyst or similar role.
• Solid hands‑on experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and map current vs future state in data/reporting environments.
