Role Summary

We are looking for a highly dependable Manager for Data & AI practice of BuzzClan in India who can act as a strong backup for the data function and take ownership of day-to-day delivery with minimal to no supervision. This person should be someone leadership can rely on to manage priorities, lead the team, solve problems, communicate with stakeholders, and keep execution moving smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is practical, accountable, willing to learn new things quickly, and not afraid of unknowns or ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive data and AI initiatives from planning to delivery
• Manage day-to-day work across data engineering, analytics, BI, reporting, and AI efforts
