ROLE SUMMARY

The Solution Advisor (SA) combines deep SAP expertise and end-to-end solution area domain process knowledge to drive customer-specific demos, POCs, product innovation, and market leadership. The focus is on supporting customers and field teams with deep SAP line of business and technical knowledge, helping deliver best‑in‑class presales to address customer’s business challenges. Additionally, the role drives deep domain expertise to create critical assets such as roadmaps and provide feedback to product teams to support future developments, working to support the SAP AI first Suite first strategy as one team.
