Data Analyst – Sales Planning

Responsibilities

• Build reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to align demand plans.
• Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast.
• Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias.
• Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders.
• Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for Iberian feed plants.
