Kael is an AI life coach built for people dealing with anxiety, relationship patterns, burnout, and self-sabotage. Unlike generic AI tools, Kael builds a living profile of the user across sessions, identifying behavioral scripts, triggers, and blind spots. Launched on i OS in April 2026, we're in active growth mode and looking for sharp people to help scale.

Role Overview

We're looking for a data analyst who can take their skills into a performance marketing context. You're someone who lives in spreadsheets and dashboard, but you don't just report numbers, you use them to drive decisions on real ad campaigns.

You'll be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting marketing and product data, and then directly applying those insights to Meta ad campaigns. The data is the job. The ads are what you do with it.
