Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfiil data and business related requirements by understanding the business domain and converting them to data driven solutions, further improving customer experience, optimizing product or enabling process automation.
• Develop data models to cater for business analytics requirements while considering data privacy, data accessibility and data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the data collection and analysis processes.
• Provide and maintain the reporting and analysis solutions in the form of dashboards or alerts, and present them to stakeholders.
