About the Role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains and repairs sound and intercom systems, fire alarms and school bell systems. Plans layout of sounds and intercom systems in remodeling and corrective construction projects. Inspects new electronic systems and submits reports describing their reliability and assists in recommending the replacement of obsolete equipment. Drives a variety of vehicles while transporting equipment and supplies to work sites. Responds to emergency calls, troubleshooting, repairs and restorations. Determines supplies needed from work orders and job site assessment and obtains materials from warehouse. Obtains and reviews written and verbal work orders and requests from assigned supervisor.
