Hiring: D365 Product Owner – Retail & Commerce (Caterpillar ERP)

We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Retail & Commerce Product Owner to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for Caterpillar’s dealer ecosystem.

✅ Drive product vision, architecture, and roadmap

✅ Lead Retail, POS, Pricing, Promotions, Loyalty, and Finance integrations

✅ Manage Agile delivery, DevOps, and release processes

✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders and dealer networks

Ideal Profile:

🔹 15+ years in ERP/CRM (10+ years in D365 F&O/AX)

🔹 Expertise in Retail & Commerce processes and integrations

🔹 Strong Agile/Scrum and product ownership experience

🔹 Hands-on in end-to-end D365 implementations

📍 Experience with global rollouts, Power Platform, and integration strategies is a plus.
