Job Overview

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) is looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join the team at Ancora House.

Ancora House is an in-patient child and adolescent mental health service consisting of 30 beds across two wards: Coral and Indigo. The unit provides general adolescent care and supports young people with eating disorders. It is located at the Countess of Chester Health Park Site, approximately 1.5 miles from Chester city centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care for service users on a rotational shift basis, including days, nights and twilight shifts.
• Participate in a supportive multi‑disciplinary team to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of young people.
• Apply the 6 C’s—Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment—in daily practice.
